What You’ll Do- Provide personalized, overnight support to individuals with varying needs, including assistance with dressing, bathing, managing behavioral situations, and offering guidance during challenging moments.
- Support in transportation as needed, using the company vehicle or personal vehicle.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in the individuals homes (laundry, meal prep, light housekeeping).
- Teach essential life skills.
- Be a source of companionship, advocacy, and support.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training, medication reviews, and health assessments.
Location: Monticello, Big Lake,
Shifts: Varies by location
Wage:
- $17.00/hour awake hours
- $11.41/hour sleep hours
- A passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives.
- Must be at least 18 years old
. - A valid MN driver’s license with reliable transportation and valid insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check through the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS).
