Prepare surfaces by applying liquid etching solutions and ensuring the removal of sharp edges left from prior grinding;
Mix paints and hardeners to specified ratios based on current humidity levels;
Fill and maintain pressure pots with proper paint or chemical mixtures;
Apply coatings to metal parts using HVLP spray guns, adjusting nozzles for optimal spray patterns and coverage;
Monitor paint flow and viscosity, making adjustments as needed
