Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manufacturing Leader to oversee end-to-end production operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering operational excellence.

$120-140K annually (open to discussion)

• Manage, coach, and develop staff; oversee hiring, workforce planning, and performance management
• Optimize machine scheduling to maximize efficiency and output
• Conduct capacity analysis and recommend expansion strategies as needed
• Develop capital expenditure proposals, including business cases and presentations
• Enforce safety standards, lead corrective actions, and ensure timely completion
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and material handling systems
• Manage departmental budgets and support facility and capacity planning
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory codes, licenses, and certifications
• Support and oversee plant-level apprenticeship programs

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Leadership preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience (including 2+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing)
• Experience leading LEAN manufacturing initiatives
• Strong knowledge of CNC/Swiss machining processes and manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience driving process optimization and cost reduction
• Experience working in ISO-regulated environments
