Position Summary
The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting complex products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, and company quality standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product quality, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate inspection, documentation, and communication.
Benefits and Compensation- Competitive base rate: $25 to $35 per hour depending on experience

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Technical training in blueprint reading, inspection.
- 2‑5 years' experience as an inspector in a manufacturing environment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Full understanding of GD&T and basic understanding of statistics is required. Skilled using a variety of measurement equipment including calipers, pin gage set, height gage, test indicator, micrometer, pitch micrometer, dial indicator, surface plate, optical comparator, laser, smart scope, and coordinate measuring machine (CMM).
- Able to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic production environment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written communication skills necessary. Must be adaptable and able to work with regular interruptions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience using an ERP system.
