Overview

The Produce Department Lead is responsible for assisting and ensuring exceptional operational standards are being adhered to in the Produce Department, Chop Shoppe, and/or Juicery areas. They will ensure each area is fully stocked with fresh product and appeals to guests.

Responsibilities
  • Stock shelves and build displays.
  • Prepare all fresh‑cut fruits, vegetables, and freshly made juices.
  • Cull, rotate, and pull product of less than high quality.
  • Track shrink and verify production logs.
  • Manage scheduling and order product.
  • Ensure food safety standards are exceeded at all times.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring superior quality and freshness of all products.
  • Engage guests through freshly prepared product samples and suggestive selling.
  • Attract guests by creating a fun and friendly atmosphere.
  • Understand health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
