Overview
The Produce Department Lead is responsible for assisting and ensuring exceptional operational standards are being adhered to in the Produce Department, Chop Shoppe, and/or Juicery areas. They will ensure each area is fully stocked with fresh product and appeals to guests.
Responsibilities- Stock shelves and build displays.
- Prepare all fresh‑cut fruits, vegetables, and freshly made juices.
- Cull, rotate, and pull product of less than high quality.
- Track shrink and verify production logs.
- Manage scheduling and order product.
- Ensure food safety standards are exceeded at all times.
- Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring superior quality and freshness of all products.
- Engage guests through freshly prepared product samples and suggestive selling.
- Attract guests by creating a fun and friendly atmosphere.
- Understand health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- 10% employee discount on grocery items, with additional franchise‑specific discounts available.
- Daily Pay—pay accessed before payday.
