You must be 16 years of age or older.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Use motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Standing, walking, sitting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand tasks, machines, tools and equipment as described below.

• Standing:
  Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Height of work surfaces between 36" and 48".
• Walking:
  For short distances for short durations.
• Sitting:
  Paperwork usually completed in an office at a desk or table.
• Carrying:
  Bulk deliveries up to 50 pounds; cases up to 72" high; large cans up to 3 lb 7 oz; pizza sauce up to 30 pounds; trays up to 12 pounds.
• Pushing:
  Trays on dollies up to 30" requiring up to 7.5 pounds force.
• Climbing:
  Infrequently navigate stairs or ladder to change prices, wash walls, perform maintenance.
• Stooping/Bending:
  Forward bending at waist needed at pizza assembly station; repeated 30–45 seconds.
• Crouching/Squatting:
  Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching:
  Up, down and forward; up to 72" above head to turn ovens, change prices, lift/lower objects to/from shelves; down to perform tasks like scooping cornmeal or washing dishes.
• Hand Tasks:
  Eye‑hand coordination essential; frequent use of hands for shaping dough, manipulating pizza peel, using rolling cutter, pinching in box assembly; must grasp cans, phone, cutter, peel and boxes.
• Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids:
  Use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.
