Overview
The Meat Department Lead is responsible for providing meat preparation services for guests, setting & filling the service counter and self‑service cases, and providing outstanding guest service. The Lead is expected to use meat operating tools and equipment up to 75% of the time. In the absence of department management the Lead provides oversight to staff and maintains the conditions of the department.
In stores that feature a Smokehouse the Lead partners with the Pit Master to feature product offerings. Duties include assisting guests with orders and requests, answering guest questions, preparing and displaying items in the service counter, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the department.

Pay RangeUSD $18.00 – $25.00 per hour.
