Cove Communities is hiring a Front Desk Clerk for our Big Pine Key location. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, answering questions, and helping resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, excellent customer service, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation systems. Duties include daily report generation and collaboration with other departments to uphold Cove Communities policies.
