Graphics Designer

• Design high-quality print and digital marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, direct mail, presentations, signage, social media graphics, and promotional campaigns
• Create production-ready files meeting print and digital specifications
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Production, Editorial, and other internal teams to develop creative solutions supporting business goals
• Work with internal stakeholders and occasionally clients to understand project objectives and deliver creative work
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Contribute ideas to improve creative quality, workflows, and team collaboration
• Use AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, generate creative concepts, organize ideas, improve copy, and accelerate routine tasks

• Experience designing for both print and digital media
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, branding, color theory, and print production
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional work
• Experience creating engaging visual content across multiple platforms
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to an innovative creative team
• Experience working directly with clients or customers is a bonus
• Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation is a bonus
• Passion for learning new design trends, software, and creative techniques is a bonus
