- Prepare residential buildings for occupancy prior to the start of the academic year.
- Complete Room Condition Reports (RCRs).
- Ensure rooms contain the correct furniture and are properly set up.
- Verify that all rooms have functioning keys.
- Work within closed residence halls across campus.
- Maintain a professional presence while working in student residential spaces.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate ability to role‑model and promote the University’s mission and vision.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Walk up and down multiple flights of stairs and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Available for up to 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Paid hourly rate: $13.73 per hour
