• Prepare residential buildings for occupancy prior to the start of the academic year.
• Complete Room Condition Reports (RCRs).
• Ensure rooms contain the correct furniture and are properly set up.
• Verify that all rooms have functioning keys.
• Work within closed residence halls across campus.
• Maintain a professional presence while working in student residential spaces.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrate ability to role‑model and promote the University’s mission and vision.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Walk up and down multiple flights of stairs and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Available for up to 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Paid hourly rate: $13.73 per hour
