OIE Admissions Assistant; Student Position

Position: OIE Admissions Assistant (Student Position)
This position involves work with processing international admission documents.

Position Requirements :

* Ability to work with limited supervision

* Knowledge with Excel, Word, and Google Drive

* Attention to detail, organization, task oriented, problem-solving abilities, and cultural understanding

* As an individual who is responsible for driving on behalf of the university, a driving record check will be run pursuant to university policies. The individual will be required to sign an authorization to run a criminal history background and driving record check.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

* Filing and indexing of admission documents

* Working with international transcripts

* Facilitating the transfer process on campus

* Assistance with Office of International Education events as needed

* Driving Ferris students to/from Office of International Education events in university vehicle
