Summary of Position: The Facility Manager Assistant will assist with support functions of our integrated workplace management system Planon.
Position Requirements:
* Must have strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft
- Work experience/academic background in Facility Management is preferred
- As an individual who is responsible for driving on behalf of the university, a driving record check will be run pursuant to university policies. The individual will be required to sign an authorization to run a criminal history background and driving record check. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
* Set-up of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing system assets - Creation of preventative maintenance schedule for assets
- Update/create user training guides for both Campus and Physical Plant dealing with the various modules of Planon
