Summary of Position:
Are you good at problem solving and have experience in customer service? If so, this position may be your opportunity to expand on those skills while gaining other skills as well.

Position Requirements:
Have a general knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel. Must have good customer service, communication skills, problem solving, and a can-do attitude. Operates a university or personal vehicle safely while carrying out job responsibilities. As an individual who is responsible for driving on behalf of the university, a driving record check will be run pursuant to university policies.

The individual will be required to sign an authorization to run a criminal history background and driving record check.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Answering phones. Greeting guests. Mail distribution within the department. Data entry, filing, typing, and photocopying. Manual assembly. Drives the university golf cart for support of UA&M events and work projects.
