Standard Qualifications- Required Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
- Preferred Master's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
- Preferred Doctorate Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
- 2 years of relevant experience of related experience Required
- LIC-Speech Language Pathologist
- State of Michigan State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or - LIC-Speech Language Pathologist Education Limited Temporary
- State of Michigan State of Michigan During CFY Upon Hire required - CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred
- LIC-Driver's License
- State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines
Upon Hire required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
