Summary of Position: Provide phone, chat, and email technical support to Canvas users, including faculty and students. Assist eLearning staff with special projects.

• Greet people entering the eLearning suite.
• Assist visitors in locating offices.
• Provide technical support for Canvas and Zoom users.
• Guide users on common tasks in Canvas and Zoom.
• Answer calls and resolve technical issues.
• Direct calls to the appropriate staff or departments.
• Respond to emails in the eLearning account.
• Create and update technical support documentation.
• Use Microsoft 365 tools and learn new technologies quickly.
• Provide training support to eLearning staff.
• Handle special projects as needed.
