Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, package merchandise, verify order accuracy, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult customers to ensure satisfaction.

Fill online orders in a fast‑paced environment, shopping for customers across all departments to find correct items.

Distribute completed orders to customers and engage them in conversation during the dispensing process.

Balance online shopping responsibilities with assisting in‑store customers, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

• Greet customers with a smile and acknowledge them
• Help customers locate products and answer questions
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe working area
