This position is located at Big Rapids/Cadillac, MI.

• Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $51,542.20 with an average 45 hour work week.

• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and put customers first.

• Must have a Bachelors degree or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years, regardless of points.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must have a minimum of 1 (one) year of experience (within the last 5 years) in one of the following areas:
  • Sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
  • Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality).
  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team.
  • Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
