Job Overview

MCR Technical Service is looking for an IT Field Service Technician to join the team. Candidates must be residents of Michigan. The role is remote with travel to locations in the North Central and South UP areas to service and repair POS kiosks and related components.

• POS Kiosks
• Parts inside the kiosk: label printers, paper printer, check reader, cash acceptor, cash dispenser, credit card reader, touch screen, firewall, PC

Your home is your office; you will be required to drive to all your jobs. Some days will require a few hundred miles of driving, and some days will require zero miles.

Provide on‑site support and repair services at client locations.

Mileage reimbursement and cell phone reimbursement are provided.

• Pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation; no overnight travel
• Reliable cell phone with data plan

• Familiarity with PCs
• Mechanical inclination

• Willing to learn new things
• Certificates in technical field are a plus but not required
