Peak Made Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance tasks across apartment communities. You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety standards while delivering excellent resident service.
The role requires a HS diploma, 1+ year maintenance experience (apartment industry preferred), and a valid on-call rotation. EPA Type I/II is a plus; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
