  • Resolve field conflicts and sequencing issues in real time to protect schedule and quality.
  • Schedule, Execution & Quality Management (25%)

  • Track field progress, manpower loading, and productivity to support project controls and reporting.
  • Identify scope gaps, constructability issues, and execution risks; escalate with clear recommendations.
  • Safety & Risk Management (20%)
  • Own site safety execution in coordination with STC safety leadership and GC safety teams.
  • Enforce OSHA, NFPA 70E, STC safety policies, and project-specific safety requirements.
  • Lead daily toolbox talks, safety stand-downs, and high-risk activity planning.
  • Exercise stop-work authority for unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented and verified.
  • Oversee energized work, cutovers, and high-risk operations in coordination with safety and commissioning teams.
  • Client, GC & Stakeholder Engagement (15%)
  • Represent STC professionally during owner, GC, and commissioning site walks and executive reviews.
  • Communicate site status, risks, and mitigation plans to project management and leadership.
