This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Big Spring, TX, for a Corporate Controller. The Corporate Controller will oversee the financial activities of the organization, including preparing financial reports, managing budgets, ensuring accurate financial records, and maintaining compliance with regulations. The role involves developing and managing accounting processes, reporting financial performance, and supporting strategic financial planning and analysis. This position requires a hands‑on approach to managing the accounting team, fostering operational efficiency, and implementing internal controls.

• Strong financial and accounting expertise, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards
• Proficiency in financial systems and software, as well as advanced Excel skills
• Team leadership and collaboration skills to effectively manage and mentor the accounting team
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to drive financial efficiency and support decision‑making
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred)
• Relevant industry experience and familiarity with chemical or manufacturing environments is a plus
