This position involves planning and implementing physical therapy treatments for patients from neonatal to geriatric, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Assess patients across age groups from neonatal to geriatric

- Document care accurately and comprehensively
- Assist with discharge planning and follow‑up coordination
- Mentor staff and support student training
- Participate in evidence‑based practices to improve patient outcomes
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- BLS certification obtained within 90 days of employment
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and cultural competence
- Ability to evaluate and improve patient outcomes
- Teamwork and problem‑solving abilities
- Continuous learning and professional development
- Maintaining departmental standards
- Fostering positive relationships within the healthcare team
