Early Childhood Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Big Spring, TX

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP license valid in Texas (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-based populations, specifically in early childhood and elementary settings
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic support for varied speech and language disorders
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to support caseloads of varying complexity
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Provide direct therapy and intervention services to students in K12 settings
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and maintain clear documentation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support teams
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
