Big Spring Center for Skilled Care is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team. We deliver person-centered care to residents to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing, supported by a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
The OTA will provide skilled services under the supervision of an OT, document treatments, communicate with therapists, residents, families, and caregivers, and ensure care plans meet state and facility requirements.
