Creative Solutions in Healthcare - West is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house team on a PRN basis. You will help residents increase independence, safety, and quality of life through meaningful activities and functional outcomes.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing plans, modifying interventions, and collaborating with the rehab team. Texas OT licensure is required; SNF experience preferred, Net Health experience a plus.
