About Delek US Holdings
We are a boutique‑sized diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining and logistics. Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day. Our logistics business owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600‑mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.

Performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit‑and‑loss statements and capital expenditure schedules. Prepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles. Provides financial support, including forecasting, budgeting and analyzing variations from budget.
Analyses and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements and reports. Conducts or assists in the documentation of accounting projects.
- 4‑year bachelor’s degree (required)
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Four (4) or more years managing and leading a team (required)
- Eight (8) or more years in a related field (required)
- Preferred certifications/licensure: CPA
- Accounting principles and regulatory knowledge
- Financial reporting and auditing
- Due diligence, formal presentations and issue management
- Influencing, relationship management and continuous improvement
- Managing people, leading a diverse team, and supervising accounting staff
- Ensuring accurate and complete accounting transactions within the General Ledger and represented balances
- Ensuring compliance with SOX 404 guidelines and reporting changes to the Internal Audit department
- Working with IT to ensure accounting systems properly record financial data
- Ensuring timely and accurate month‑end accounting close
- All activities support the organization’s strategy and vision; management may reassign duties as needed
