Job Summary:

Provides leadership, direction and strategies for maintenance function consisting primarily of maintenance planning, routine maintenance, turnaround planning/execution and capital/expense projects. Actively participates in labor-management committees (where appropriate) and in developing and strategic/operational plans and budgets. Leadership accountability for safe, environmentally sound and reliable operations of Maintenance department.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED (Required) In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Two (2) or more years maintenance leadership (Required) Eight (8) or more years experience in maintenance within a refining, industrial or manufacturing facility (Required) No Licensure or Certification Required.
