We are currently seeking a  Registered Nurse (RN)  to work at  Big Spring State Hospital  in Big Spring, TX.

Assignment Details:

Location :
Big Spring State Hospital – 1901 US-87, Big Spring, TX 79720

Setting :
Psychiatric / Behavioral Health Facility

Schedule:

Full Time, 5x8 hour shifts (2pm-10pm), every other weekend required

Contract : 6 months, with option to renew

Pay : $44/hour

Travel Packages available for those who qualify

Minimum Qualifications:

Current TX or Multistate RN License

1+ year of relevant RN experience

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, manage psychiatric/medical emergencies, and complete nursing assessments for new admissions

Perform computer data entry

Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies, including Joint Commission guidelines, CMS standards, BSH Policy and Directives, and HHSC Standards, Rules, and Directives
