Protouch Staffing has been a trusted healthcare staffing leader for 35 years, connecting talented professionals with rewarding opportunities. We are currently seeking dedicated LVNs for a long-term contract in Big Spring, TX. Pay: $1,650/week+

About the Role:

As an LVN, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care to individuals with complex medical, mental health and/or behavioral health issues. who may be medically fragile or have behavioral health challenges.

This role involves both basic and advanced nursing care under limited supervision of an RN, with opportunities for leadership and mentoring.

Shifts available are 2PM - 10PM (every other weekend)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments (oral, injection, internal, rectal).
• Monitor individuals' health status and vital signs.
• Perform technical procedures: trach care, wound care, g-tube/j-tube care, respiratory treatments.
• Collect lab specimens and conduct health screenings.
• Document care and changes in electronic health records.
• Evaluate outcomes of nursing interventions and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Training will consist of four weeks of training from 8 am to 5 pm, Mon-Fri

What We're Looking For:

• Valid LVN license in the State of Texas with 2+year experience
• Previous experience in psychiatric or behavioral health.
• Ability to perform complex technical procedures with confidence.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and proactive.
