This is an excellent full-time opportunity for a CRNA to manage a broad spectrum of outpatient surgical cases. The case mix includes orthopedics, GI, GYN, urology, plastic surgery, and spine pain procedures .

Responsibilities
- Provide and manage anesthesia for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures including ortho, GI, and spine.
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
- Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively throughout the perioperative period.
- Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) to ensure safe discharge.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records and collaborate effectively with surgeons and the surgical team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all facility protocols.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
- Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) .
- Valid and unrestricted Texas RN license (or eligible for licensure).
- Strong clinical skills in providing anesthesia for diverse outpatient surgical specialties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SRNAs in good standing are encouraged to apply.
