Responsibilities

• Provide and manage anesthesia for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures including ortho, GI, and spine.
• Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively throughout the perioperative period.
• Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) to ensure safe discharge.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records and collaborate effectively with surgeons and the surgical team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all facility protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
• Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) .
• Valid and unrestricted Texas RN license (or eligible for licensure).
• Strong clinical skills in providing anesthesia for diverse outpatient surgical specialties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• SRNAs in good standing are encouraged to apply.
