American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring prior travel experience and TX or compact RN licensure.

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule with 4x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week assignment length
• Any charting system experience preferred

• Active RN license (TX or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required; CPI, NRP, PALS, and TNCC preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must be available to complete required lab work within 72 hours of accepting the offer or have a plan in place for timely completion

• Provide emergency department nursing care to a range of patient acuities
• Facility conducts its own onsite drug screening upon arrival, including marijuana testing, with any positive result resulting in automatic cancellation
• Candidates should avoid CBD products and other substances that could result in a positive drug screen prior to arrival onsite
• Must reside outside a 110-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
• Candidates must report to San Angelo for the first day of the assignment
