Provide the full range of nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse.;
Communicate orally with patients/residents, families, interdisciplinary team and other personnel.;
Observe and document changes in patients/residents' condition and respond appropriately; assist with emergent care when needed.;
Utilize equipment and perform nursing procedures within scope of practice; document care provided and observations.;
Serve as a preceptor/mentor to other Nursing Assistants and assist with orientation of new staff.
