Outside Sales Representative - Retail​/Territory Sales Manager

In this role, you’ll essentially be running your own small business. You’ll manage everything from start to finish — customer relations, sales, marketing, finances, and day‑to‑day operations. You’ll work directly with customers, implement marketing campaigns, and oversee the store’s performance. It’s a lot of responsibility, but it’s also a great way to gain real‑world experience and build your career.

• Running all aspects of a retail store—sales, marketing, operations, and finances
• Driving revenue through both in‑person and digital marketing
• Building strong relationships with customers and providing top‑notch service
• Managing inventory, scheduling, and daily operations
• Tracking results and optimizing performance to grow the business
