Job Description
Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers help fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. They become ambassadors of world‑famous brands such as Oreo
, Ritz
, belVita
, Chips Ahoy
, and Triscuit
.
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
- Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’s guidelines.
- Ensure Sales Representative–negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
- At least 18 years old with a valid state driver’s license.
- Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location (
Big Spring, TX
). Secondary location:
Snyder, TX
. - Schedule availability:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday starting at 6:30 am, 20–25 hours per week.
Hourly compensation ranges from $14.00–$15.00 based on relevant experience.
