Job Overview

Merchandiser – Greater Snyder and Big Spring, TX (Hiring Immediately).

The Merchandiser provides high‑quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

About

The Role
  • Stock and display products on shelves and coolers at large accounts within the set territory.
  • Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and cover routes as assigned.
  • Use a personal vehicle to travel among stores; company products are delivered in advance.
  • Park a company‑issued phone with a programmed app to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement.
Shift and Schedule
  • Full‑time position.
  • Start at 7:00 am; finish when work is completed.
  • Five scheduled shifts per week.
  • Weekends required (days off fall during the week).
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Rewards
  • Pay starting at $18.29 per hour, increasing to $19.24 per hour after the 6‑month anniversary.

Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Proof of vehicle insurance.
  • Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
