- Build genuine rapport with every customer who walks in
- Guide buyers through our lineup without pressure or manufactured urgency
- Present and demonstrate inventory, including test drives that close the deal
- Follow up with every prospect, including the ones who didn't buy today
- Log every contact and conversation in the CRM daily
- Review inventory reports and stay current on what's on the lot
- Maintain your CSI, gross average, and monthly unit count to store standards
- Stay current on product knowledge and complete all required OEM certifications
- Proactively mention our military discount to every active duty or veteran customer
- Represent Star Auto Group in the community with professionalism
- Proven sales background in any industry
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean record
- Strong communicator in person and by phone
- Available to work Saturdays, which is when customers show up
- CRM experience, or the willingness to learn fast
- Prior automotive sales is a plus, not a requirement
- Existing local relationships in the Abilene or Big Spring area are a plus
- Salary plus commission structure
- $70,000 to $90,000 first‑year target for solid performers, no cap for top earners
