** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and team members while carrying out security-related procedures and location-specific policies.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter to identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity while following all armed post procedures and applicable regulations.

+ Document incidents, patrol activity, and observations accurately, and communicate concerns to Allied Universal leadership, store management, and/or emergency personnel as needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Possess a Texas Level III Armed Certification.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
