Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Electrical Apprentice to join our team for an upcoming electrical project at our Big Spring, Texas facility. In this entry-level role, you will work under the direct supervision of licensed Journeyman and Master Electricians to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems at Satokie’s large-scale Bitcoin mining infrastructure. The Electrical Apprentice plays an important supporting role in ensuring our facilities remain energized, safe, and operating at peak efficiency.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Perform electrical work in compliance with OSHA regulations, NEC (National Electrical Code) standards, and all applicable local codes, under the supervision of a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician.
Assist in the installation, wiring, and termination of electrical panels, conduit, cable trays, breakers, and associated equipment within mining facility infrastructure.
Support the installation and connection of power distribution units (PDUs), transformers, and UPS systems as directed.
Pull wire, run conduit (EMT, rigid, PVC), and perform basic rough-in and finish electrical tasks.
Maintain all company-supplied tools, equipment, and materials in good working order; ensure proper storage and inventory tracking.
Adhere to all PPE requirements and site safety protocols at all times; actively participate in daily safety briefings and job hazard analyses (JHAs).Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at the job site.
Collaborate with the operations and electrical team to meet project milestones and uptime objectives.
Document work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered and report to the supervising Journeyman or Project Lead.

Qualifications and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Currently enrolled in or graduate of a state-approved electrical apprenticeship program (IBEW or equivalent) preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical theory, wiring methods, and National Electrical Code (NEC)
Ability to read and interpret basic electrical schematics and blueprints under supervision
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, industrial environments
Demonstrated collaborative teamwork and strong work ethic
Nice to Have:
Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or industrial electrical environments
Familiarity with data center or large-scale power distribution environments
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical issues independently with high attention to detail
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from experienced tradespeople
