- Perform advanced mechanical repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using manufacturer-approved tools and equipment
- Complete all repairs to the highest standard following Ford and OEM specifications
- Document services and repairs accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain current knowledge through ongoing training and certifications
- Communicate repair needs and service outcomes clearly with customers and Service Advisors
- Help maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work environment
- Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ford Senior Master Certification required
- ASE certifications preferred
- Previous Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Expert-level understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical accuracy
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and computer-based systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
