Select Water Solutions is seeking CDL Drivers for their Water Transfer division in Big Spring, Texas. These drivers will operate heavy trucks to transport oilfield equipment, ensuring safety and quality throughout all operations. The ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented, and able to handle physically demanding work in outdoor environments.

• Must be over 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and eligible to drive company vehicles per insurance guidelines
• Class A CDL driving experience preferred
• Experience with strapping down loads and flatbed driving preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a changing environment
• Compliance with all D.O.T. requirements
• Maintain DOT electronic log and paper Bill of Ladings
• Vehicle maintenance and inspection responsibilities
• Work in outdoor conditions, including extreme weather
