Job Duties and Requirements:
- Arrives on site to work on time
- Maintains a professional appearance and a good attitude
- Helps to maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Assists operators
- Load or unload construction materials
- Install and remove fencing materials
- Dig trenches or post holes
- Performs other duties required for which the employee is qualified and trained
- Valid driver’s licenses
- Able to pass a drug screen
- Commitment to safety rules and company policies
Physical requirements
This job is physically demanding, including, but not limited to the following physical requirements:
- Able to lift 50 lbs overhead
- Able to stand/walk for several hours at a time without rest
- Perform repetitive, physical tasks with few breaks
Working conditions
- Working outdoors in inclement weather
- Extensive travel in vehicles on highway and dirt roads
- Job location and assignment can change frequently and with short notice
- Weekend work possible
