We are currently partnering with a growing, successful company who is looking to add a Director, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting to join their team. This role will own the Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting functions. We are looking for candidates with current/recent SEC reporting experience.
Responsibilities- Ownership of SEC Filing Processes
- Ownership of all Technical Accounting - Revenue, Lease, Stock, etc.
- Ongoing process improvement regarding internal controls and close processes
- Ad-hoc projects and analysis
- Must have current/recent public company/technical accounting experience
- Must have life sciences/pharma/biotech/manufacturing experience
- CPA is highly preferred for this role
- Must have a background in public accounting
Compensation: 180-220K depending on experience
