We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Billerica, Massachusetts as an:
Inside Sales Associate.
The Inside Sales Associate supports sales and marketing activities across our Security, Industrial, and Medical business units throughout North and South America. This role plays a critical part in supporting customer relationships, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring smooth operational execution.
Key Responsibilities Sales Operations & Customer Support- Receive and process customer purchase orders within the ERP system
- Coordinate order fulfillment and confirmations with internal operations teams
- Communicate logistics and shipment details to customers
- Manage import/export documentation and processes
- Generate and deliver customer invoices
- Receive and process RMA requests
- Open and manage RMA cases within the CRM system
- Coordinate communications and logistics between customers and service teams
- Support selected CRM administration activities
- Assist with lead generation and qualification
- Support customer issue resolution and general customer communications
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails
- Welcome office visitors and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments
- Process customer remittances
- Assist with inventory management activities
- Support preparation of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, datasheets, and website updates
- Support trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events
- Assist with office administration including invoices and supplies management
- 3–5 years of experience in import/export logistics or sales operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Infor LN or Baan
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented approach
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Additional language skills are considered an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in international business and/or scientific or high-technology industries is preferred
