We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Sales Support Manager to serve as a key operational partner to our sales team, clients, and Costco stakeholders. This role is responsible for managing critical business processes, supporting item launches and vendor initiatives, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring our team delivers an exceptional experience to both clients and Costco partners.

Key Responsibilities Client & Relationship Support- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, Costco personnel, and OSMG team members through a customer-service-oriented and solutions-focused approach
- Serve as a trusted operational resource for clients, sales leaders, and internal stakeholders
- Assist in resolving client, vendor, and Costco-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Support Vice Presidents and sales leadership with administrative, operational, and project management needs
- Coordinate and support item launches, item maintenance, and vendor onboarding processes
- Collect, organize, and maintain product, ingredient, technical, regulatory, and compliance documentation required for Costco program development
- Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met across multiple clients and projects
Manage and continuously improve processes including:
- Buy Documents and Item Agreements
- Product Data Collection and Management
- Sample Coordination for Costco Buyers and OSMG Leadership
- Client Rotation Track
- Team Calendars and Scheduling
- Internal SharePoint Administration
- Competitive Surveys and Market Intelligence Projects
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, communication, and operational effectiveness
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Create and maintain reporting tools, trackers, and dashboards that improve visibility and accountability
- Help implement new technologies and systems that support organizational growth
- Maintain accurate and organized records, databases, and tracking systems
- Develop and manage internal tracking tools including:
- Active Client List
- Rotation Tracker
- SharePoint Resources
- Team Calendars
- Project Tracking Reports
- Provide reporting and insights to leadership as requested
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and Share Point
- Ability to learn and utilize internal databases and reporting systems
- Experience with project management, CRM, or workflow management software preferred
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales support, operations, project management, client services, or administrative leadership roles
- Experience with in consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, brokerage, or supplier organizations preferred
- Costco experience strongly preferred
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus
- Deliver exceptional support to clients, Costco stakeholders, and OSMG team members.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy across all documentation and reporting
- Ensure smooth execution of item launches, rotations, and client initiatives
- Improve operational efficiency through process improvement and technology adoption
- Create scalable systems that support the continued growth of OSMG
