ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Product Manager to lead growth initiatives for the Telaire product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business strategy, customer engagement, and global market expansion.

This is more than a traditional product management role. You will play a key role in shaping long‑term product strategy, driving innovation, expanding market share, and positioning Telaire as a leader in gas sensing and environmental monitoring solutions within the HVAC and automotive industries.

You will work closely with global cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure successful execution of product initiatives that align with customer needs and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will reside in the BIllerica, MA area

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead global product strategy and identify new growth opportunities across HVAC and automotive markets
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to drive revenue growth
Lead Product Development
  • Partner with Engineering and cross‑functional teams to develop and launch innovative sensing solutions
  • Manage product lifecycle activities from concept through commercialization
Support Commercial Success
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support go‑to‑market execution and customer engagement
  • Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and commercial initiatives
  • Help shape future product direction through emerging sensing technologies and market trends
  • Represent Telaire at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows globally

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, business development, technical sales, or related commercial leadership rolesli>
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, automotive, environmental sensing, or related industrial markets
  • Engineering background or strong technical aptitude within sensor, instrumentation, or environmental monitoring technologies
  • Proven success driving profitable growth, product strategy, and market expansion
  • Experience managing product lifecycle activities from concept through commercialization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to work effectively across a global, cross‑functional organization
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive decisions across all levels of the business
  • Knowledge of CO₂, refrigerant, air quality, or related gas sensing technologies is highly desirable
