** will partner with our customers to provide industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding equipment, and other essential supplies. You will serve as a trusted guide,
** advising customers
** on the tools, hardware, and materials needed to successfully complete their projects. By demonstrating equipment use and sharing insights on product quality, you
** help our customers
** pioneer new solutions in their own work.
* ** Responsible for adherence to company policies
** including safety and the use of personal protective equipment to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
* ** Provides excellent customer service
** to both internal and external partners, fostering understanding and long-term relationships.
* ** Ensures
* * all required paperwork is accurately completed, including coding, costing, and pricing.
* ** Partners with customers
** to identify the best tools and procedures for their specific tasks; demonstrates equipment use to build customer confidence.
* ** Manages order entry and processes transactions**; assists the team with the reconciliation of deposits.
* ** Coordinates
* * via phone, e-mail, and in person with customers and team members to provide helpful information on costs and delivery.
* ** Contributes
* * to an outgoing call strategy to support the continued growth and success of the branch.
* ** Coordinates the transfer of merchandise
** between locations to meet customer needs.
* ** Maintains a positive work atmosphere
** by acting and communicating in a supportive manner with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
* ** Stocks shelves and maintains
** welcoming showroom displays to provide an excellent customer experience.

* Required Qualifications:

*** HS Diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments (
** we also value an equivalent combination of education and unique life experience**).
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
* Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
* Attention to detail in handling transactions.
* Availability for occasional overtime when the team needs extra support.
* Must be able to operate in a
** drug-free workplace.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** A background in gas, welding, or safety supplies is a wonderful asset.
* Familiarity with SAP, Google, or MS Office Applications.
* A detailed understanding of SAP and PROS functionalities.
* The ability to communicate clearly and warmly with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds.
