Customer Service Representative – Mission Support & Service Operations
At Teledyne FLIR Defense, our technologies help support critical missions for defense, public safety, and emergency response teams around the world. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely support, parts, and service while helping the team maintain efficient operations.
What you'll do- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Prepare spare parts quotations and process customer requests efficiently.
- Process purchase orders, contracts, and payments while ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Generate shipping documentation and support order fulfilment activities.
- Coordinate closely with technicians, peers, and internal departments.
- Manage customer data and documentation for international return requests.
- Screen customers, systems, and transactions in accordance with trade regulations.
- Help reduce spare parts backlog and maintain service workflow efficiency.
- Process government receipts and shipments through PIEE.
- Maintain reports and support additional service‑related activities as needed.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable lifting 20-30 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or service operations.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.

Salary Range: $44,500.00-$59,300.00
