Job Description Opportunities are available for substitutes teachers for all levels (elementary, middle and high school) for the  school year. A daily substitute teacher is responsible for implementing lesson plans and maintaining a productive and safe classroom environment. Substitutes Teachers for the Elementary Schools are preferred to possess at least a Bachelor s Degree or two (2) years of college majoring in Education.

Substitutes Teachers for the Middle/High Schools should have completed at least two (2) years of college. Daily rate of pay is $90.00 and $50.00 (for a 1/2 day). These positions are available until the end of the  school year only and are on-call positions. These are part-time positions (no more than 3 days per week) and do not include employee benefits.
