Field Service Engineer

** Field Service Engineer
** The Field Service Engineer will assist with liquid and gas equipment installation, troubleshooting, liquid/gas canister changes and facilitate prompt return of empty cylinders and canisters.  Training will be provided to help the candidate increase competency and progress in the company.  The successful candidate will provide professional quality of work and support to Entegris Customers.

* Primary Responsibilities:

** Assists in the development of service handbooks and bulletins based on field investigations, engineering changes, and overall knowledge of product.
** Education/

Experience:

** 3+ Experience in field support/service of similar experience with a capital equipment company required.  CVD/CMP/WET module EE&PE experience is preferred.
