Role Responsibilities
  • Work closely with build and test technicians to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Execute time studies on the build and test lines
  • Lead small manufacturing process improvement projects
  • Develop and update operation method sequences (OMSs)
  • Support manufacturing engineering with part defect root cause analysis and processing
Minimum Qualifications
  • Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • Student in good academic standing, with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
  • Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting and hands‑on problem solving
  • Quick learner and willingness to learn new skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineering experience in a development or manufacturing environment
